Our family vacation at Relais & was simply outstanding. The high level of hospitality truly set this boutique hotel apart. As a culinary critic specializing in Austrian cuisine, I must say the breakfast here was exceptional, providing a perfect start to our days filled with adventure. The gourmet restaurant offered a true culinary experience, showcasing authentic Austrian flavors that delighted our taste buds.After an exhilarating day at the Kitzbueheler Horn Ski Area, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hotel's sauna, steam room, and pool. The staff's warmth and genuine Austrian hospitality made us feel right at home. The hotel's traditional charm, complete with comfortable beds, added to the overall cozy atmosphere.Moreover, the family-friendly amenities, including the complimentary ski shuttle, ski passes, and ski storage. The recreational facilities, such as the hot tub, sauna, and both indoor and outdoor pools, provided relaxation options for every member of our family.Our delightful experience was enhanced by the unique and incredible staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gestures of truffle chocolates, complimentary wine, and a parting gift of apples, water, and homemade preserves. Relais & is truly a gem that we highly recommend for families seeking a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the heart of Austria. We cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
